HIPPIE MAGAZINE ISSUE NO. 1 - SUSTAINABILITY, AVAILABLE NOW!

I am so excited to announce that my first ever Hippie Magazine is now available for purchase! This is a project I've been working really hard on and am so excited to share with the world.

The inspiration for Hippie Magazine was sort of an epiphany. I realized there is no magazine out there that solely focuses on the Hippie Movement and this way of life. I knew this was my opportunity to continue following my dream to spread positivity and happiness into the universe.

Hippie Magazine is here to encourage our readers to embrace life for all it has to offer, while providing useful and insightful information that can easily be implemented into our every-day routine to make the world a better place.

The theme of Hippie Magazine Issue NO. 1 is Sustainability. Now, more than ever, living a sustainable life is the most important thing we can do to not only help the world, but to help ourselves. Whether it’s being more eco-friendly or more sustainable with self-care; this topic needs to become a way of life and not just a trend on social media.

Some awesome topics in this first Issue include:

  • 10 Ways To Go Green

  • Homemade Skin & Hair Care Recipes

  • How To Sustain A Peaceful Life

  • Astrology Terms To Know

and so many more!

In this first Issue, I collaborated with some amazing small businesses and hippies. I would like to give a special shoutout to one of my good friends, Mandi, who wrote a beautiful article in the magazine "What it means to be a true hippie." Her kindness and support through this whole process has been a major factor in keeping me motivated and inspired to finish this project and share it with the world.

I would also love to highlight the two amazing FIDM Alumni I collaborated with who have their own businesses. Marly Kluge, the founder of UKAY UKAY LA, an online vintage clothing store. I did a wonderful Q&A with her about the inspiration behind her business and how sustainability plays a major role in her life. The second Alumni I am so proud to collaborate with is Lucia Gomez, the founder of Sinipesa Swim, a sustainable swimwear brand. I am honored to feature their amazing work in this very first Issue and cannot wait for you to read all about their businesses!

I truly hope you find inspiration and happiness when reading Hippie Magazine. I am so honored to share some amazing stories and work from hippies all over the world.
