I have always been a hippie at heart. My entire life, I have made it a goal to treat others with kindness and understanding. There is something so fulfilling to me when I can lift others up and encourage them to chase their dreams.
I have come to realize that my dream is simple: to be a humanitarian that works to spread peace, love and happiness.
The Hippie Life of Riley is my take on what it means to live a carefree and harmonious life. I am constantly evolving and changing to become the best version of myself that I can be, just like my blog. My mission is to help others along their own journey by sharing my personal experiences of self-love and mindfulness.

Since age 15, when I was first introduced to therapy, I have been committed to working on my anxiety, depression, confidence, self-love, and accepting myself and my journey in life. Therapy has changed my life significantly, and I know I would not be the person I am today without it.
This blog is for me just as much as it is for my readers. I know it will continue challenging me to learn more about health & wellness and spiritual well-being.
My Core Values
There are 4 core values that I live by:
Do what makes you happy - It's your life and your journey. No one else's opinion matters if you're doing something you love. Not all streams are meant to flow at the same pace.
Follow your heart - That gut feeling inside you is more powerful than you know. Look within yourself to see what you truly want in life.
Speak your truth - Learn to empower yourself and speak up when something is bothering you or you have a thought to share that you know is valuable.
Believe in yourself - You can truly do anything you set your mind to. Think about how far you've come and all the goals you've achieved so far that were once just mere thoughts.
