Hello! I'm Riley
I'm the Founder of
The Hippie Life of Riley,
For as long as I can remember, I have always loved helping others and being a part of their journey. As a highly sensitive person, I have a very attuned personality which allows me to connect well with others and understand multiple points of view.
The Hippie Life of Riley is my take on what it means to live a carefree life and learning to accept your journey. I am constantly evolving and changing to become the best version of myself that I can be, just like my blog. My mission is to help others along their own journey by sharing my personal experiences of self-love.
The more we surround ourselves with positivity, the more our spirits will feel lifted and enlightened.

The Hippie Life of Riley is here for those who are looking for tips and guidance for their spiritual, emotional, and mental well-being. My mission is to provide useful and insightful information that will inspire my readers to love their journey, and most importantly, themselves.
Since age 15, (I'm 23 now) I have been seeing a therapist to work on my anxiety, depression, confidence, self-love, and accepting myself and my journey in life. Therapy has been such a life changer for me and I know I would not be the person I am today without it. (Thank god for Laura!)
I have struggled a lot with myself and where I am in life; this blog is for me just as much as it is for my readers. I know it will continue challenging me to learn more about health and wellness and spiritual well-being.
As of June 2020, I have successfully completed a Professional Spirituality Coaching Course. I feel more like myself than I have in a long time and I cannot wait to share my experiences with you.
My Core Values
There are 4 core values that I live by:
Do what makes you happy - It's your life and your journey. No one else's opinion matters if you're doing something you love. Not all streams are meant to flow at the same pace.
Follow your heart - That gut feeling inside you is more powerful than you know. Look within yourself to see what you truly want in life.
Speak your truth - Learn to empower yourself and speak up when something is bothering you or you have a thought to share that you know is valuable.
Believe in yourself - You can truly do anything you set your mind to. Think about how far you've come and all the goals you've achieved so far that were once just mere thoughts.
