HIGHLY EFFECTIVE GRATITUDE JOURNAL PROMPTS

We are officially in the season of giving and gratitude. Let's face it, 2020 has been one heck of a ride for all of us, and it can feel hard to find things to be grateful for this year. That's why I've put together a list of highly effective gratitude journal prompts to help reframe your thought process to get in the spirit of giving and gratefulness!

Gratitude, by definition, is the quality of being thankful. There are always things to be grateful for, even if you may have to look a little harder for them. Whether it's waking up in the morning healthy and alive, receiving a nice text from a friend, making your daily cup of coffee, cuddling with your cat, or watching the sunset. It's important to look for the light within the dark, and if you can't find it, become the light to guide the way.

Below is a list of highly effective gratitude journal prompts. Take some time to read through them and answer a few that stick out to you. Feel free to star this page in your browser so you can easily come back to it when you're ready to pick a new journal prompt to write about or take a screenshot of the list so you can save it on your phone for later!
